14666607 Canada Inc. ("the Company", "we", "our", or "us") provides custom pool design, construction, and related services to residential and commercial clients in Canada. All services are subject to written agreements and/or proposals approved by both parties.

2. Quotes and Pricing

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary based on changes to project scope, material availability, and site conditions. Additional work or upgrades requested after project commencement may incur extra charges.

3. Deposits & Payment Terms

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and initiate project planning. Progress payments will be outlined in your contract and must be paid according to the agreed schedule. Delayed payments may result in project suspension or termination.

4. Permits & Approvals

The client is responsible for obtaining any necessary municipal permits unless otherwise stated in writing. We can assist in this process for an additional fee.

5. Site Access & Responsibilities

The client must provide reasonable access to the construction site, including power, water, and clear working conditions. The client is responsible for disclosing any known underground utilities or site hazards prior to construction.

6. Timeline & Delays

Estimated project timelines are provided for planning purposes and may be affected by weather, permit delays, unforeseen site conditions, material backorders, or client-requested changes. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

7. Warranty

We offer a limited warranty of [insert warranty period] on workmanship and materials. Warranty terms will be specified in your project agreement. Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, natural disasters, or failure to maintain the pool.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made before work begins may be subject to a cancellation fee. Refunds are not issued for completed work or for deposits on custom materials once ordered.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws.
